Drive awareness and support to Group IT Security, Group IT and Business Units IT, to understand the IT Security Solutions and Processes, as well as their implications across the organization.
Steer project management of data protection roadmap and devise remediation plan(s) to improve data protection based on new technologies, incidents and requirements.
Devise, update and report on data protection controls, Key Performance Indicators(KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and manage the data activity reporting processes.
Control the appropriate assignment of responsibilities in relation to management and protection of data, and, the processing of internal and external sensitive, critical and/or confidential data.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, data privacy and protection, and security risk management
Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
Ability to act as a data protection role model within the organization
Extensive knowledge of technical mechanisms (encryption, masking, hashing, etc.) and processes
Ability to summarize complex and technical
Extensive knowledge of applicable regional data protection regulations
