Define the customer persona and beneficiary journey for each product to be launched
Develop concept stimulus for testing during the product development process for each product to be launched
Articulate compelling and clear value propositions inline with consumer knowledge and company positioning
Implement Group innovations (Clarity and Storytelling approach) in the development of product collaterals – e.g. brochures, contracts, sales illustrations
Requirements
Min. 8 years writing experience
Creative agency/ research or marketing background
Experience with writing customer collaterals
Experience with strategy, particularly with value propositions and product positioning
Past demonstration of improving business performance through strategic propositions
Possess knowledge on product propositions from a range of categories outside insurance
Specialist in product positioning and content and looking to broaden that in the insurance category
