Product Positioning Development Manager

Damansara City

Lead and steer the transformation through the development and delivery of key product initiatives in collaboration and engagement with other functions
Champion Group innovations like the PMD solution and research approach
Understand our products and services inside-out and leverage to provide hands-on guidance when engaging other functions outside of Product
Set-up and manage a group wide product knowledge library, to include consumer knowledge, competitive knowledge and product propositions

Min. 6 years’ experience working in and leading in a cross-functional collaborative environment
Past demonstrations of setting up processes/ ways of working that drive more effective and efficient results
Experience with research in the product and proposition development space
Insurance (product, marketing or distribution) background preferred
Experienced in influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders with seniority
Specialist in G2M executions from other categories and looking to broaden that into the insurance category
