Job Description

  • MCP & ITIL Foundation / Intermediate Certification
  • Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Office365, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.
  • Strong English & Vietnamese Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
  • Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills
  • Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases – Mandatory
  • Flexible to work in shifts 24X7
