Job Description
MCP & ITIL Foundation / Intermediate Certification
Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Office365, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.
Strong English & Vietnamese Communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop troubleshooting
Requirements
Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills
Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases – Mandatory
Flexible to work in shifts 24X7
