Manage a group of project team members, their schedule and day-to-day operations. Set objectives for team, delegate project tasks if necessary and monitor team performance.
Ensure solutions are designed and developed effectively and as per requirements.
Perform development and testing of the solution.
Develop technical documents e.g. functional document, design document (which should cover HLD (high level design), LLD (low level design) & DFD (data flow diagram) where required), user guides, training material, etc.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of application development experience in respective platform.
Minimum 1 year of technical lead role in respective platform.
Proven experience in design codes framework, code review, and leading a technical team of minimum 3 members, allocating technical work tasks to Software Engineer.
DevOps track certification on AWS and Azure is preferred.
